This compact and lightweight fluid-damped video head is crafted from CNC machined black anodised aircraft aluminium, ensuring exceptional durability without adding unnecessary weight. Weighing just 433 grams, the BV-1R can support up to 3 kg of static weight, making it ideal for use with spotting scopes and system cameras. Equipped with dual panorama plates for 360° rotation, the BV-1R seamlessly integrates with any tripod featuring a 3/8-inch screw, including compact tripods with levelling bases. It features a 60mm long NP-60 Arca Swiss quick release plate, facilitating precise alignment of your camera or spotting scope. 
Two built-in spirit levels enable effortless levelling for accurate framing.
The BV-1R's long control arm, covered in soft rubber foam for comfort, allows for smooth and controlled tracking movements. Fluid cushioning within the head ensures stable and shake-free images, essential for capturing moving subjects or nature scenes. With a tilt range of 90° forward and 75° backward, and 360° rotation capability, facilitated by two panorama plates, the BV-1R offers exceptional versatility for panoramic photography and video work. Adjusting the friction level is intuitive with a large rotary knob, providing optimal control over movement dynamics.
